"I booked this stay a few months in advance for my 50th birthday and Christmas vacation. The property owner did not respond, nor was there a place to check into the property. I called VRBO, but they were not able to get ahold of the property owner. I had to cancel my trip outside the US on Dec 22nd before my birthday and Christmas. What a nightmare! Of course, everything else was booked on the VRBO site, and we ended up spending 3x as much at a hotel that had space for our family. I recommend...

"The apartment is great, Located just in front of the Marina. Nice view, quiet place, perfect for a good time with the family. The house is fully equiped, much more than usual places for renting. "This condo was modern and well stocked with plenty of space for 6. We enjoyed watching the boats coming in and being able to walk to the restaurant and amenities in the resort. The host was helpful and provided good suggestions for tours and restaurants. It is a short drive to town but easy to get a taxi or if you have a car. Some of the tours will pick you up and you can also have a jet skis or paddle boards delivered right to the dock outside the condo. "

"We enjoyed the condo on our trip - we found it clean and easy. We struggled with porch locks and largely left the condo unlocked after calling twice for assistance to lock up. We also found the condo to have limited chairs (4) for the dining table, sparse kitchen supplies (ie one oven tray, no blender, two kitchen knives, etc). We had to go purchase a filet knife and borrow a blender. I was glad we had not had a chef come to cook with the assurance that the kitchen was fully stocked with...
