"Waking to the sound of the ocean, followed by coffee on the deck that hangs over the ocean is pretty tough to beat. Great Condo, great amenities, great property manager, just great. Eagle rays swimming by on a regular basis, snorkeling, paddle boarding, or just sunning by the pool...amazing. 5 restaurants and a great beach that are all walkable....this was truly a GREAT vacation!!!"

"My family really enjoyed our stay. Location was great, close to many areas of interest yet far enough away from the hustle & bustle downtown. Gated community felt safe. Rental was clean, accurate description, easy check in/check out process. A few small snacks & water jugs provided upon arrival were great. "We use VRBO to book frequently for training and hosted trips. Sometimes you get unhappy surprises. This was NOT the case with our stay. The home was spacious, clean, and minutes from the airport. I would recommend the stay for other looking for a convenient overnight. We had 6 adults staying and had plenty of room. "We loved our stay at Palm Cay. The property was perfect for our family of 5 and the host was very easy to communicate with. We spent our whole stay relaxing at the resort so didn’t rent a car but I would definitely recommend renting one if you want to travel around the island at all. We did pay the extra cost for the resort wristbands so that we could use the member’s only beach, gym, etc. but the free part of the beach was great, too. "

"Property overall was nice. Communication with the host was excellent. Kitchen was nice as well. Suggestions would be a bigger bed, a TV in the 2nd bedroom. Also an end table on both sides of the bed would be helpful and a shelf in the tub to hold your soap and shampoo. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would stay again. These changes would make it great."
