This is a good base for the D-Day trail, a seaside break, Caen and Bayeux (tapestry). Good choice of restaurants outwith the hotel too."

"Extremely pleasant family running a small, quiet property. Easy parking and a simple, but nice breakfast. From the front door it was a 100 meter walk to the middle of Gold Beach and a 1-2 km drive or hike up to the cliff top memorial over Arromanches. Perfect for our short stop during a self-guided exploration of the historic sites of Normandy."
