"This is the second time staying Pembroke studios. The studio both times where exceptionaly clean and tidy. It's situated in the middle between Liverpool city centre and the eye hospital. Plenty of shops nearby. Will definitely be going back staying there. "

"Great location. Convienantly located near lots of attractions. Kitchen with laundry was a nice feature. Sami-flush system was loud so make sure everyone showers before anyone goes to bed at night. Lift is out or order so make sure you pack lite as you will have to carry it up the stairs."

"It would have been much better if the property offered a few more essentials to the customer, such as: bathroom soap, Kleenex, paper towels, kitchen sink plug, dish rack, coffee, instructions on how to use heaters...and the ultimate suggestion...change the water pump system (way too loud)."

"Great location, loud at night but to be expected. Very cheap toiletries and room not being cleaned during 2 night stay made the stay feel less than luxurious. Bread knife would be a good addition in the kitchenette. Feels safe. Would revisit. Thank you!"

"5 minute walk to the town centre which was really great! Clean inside, lovely place. Only downside was in the description it didn’t say there was 3 levels in the apartment, having 3 young kids it wasn’t kid friendly but problem solved because there was a sofa bed and 2 extra pullout beds upstairs so my younger children could stay on the top floor with me and my partner. Great price I paid was very impressed! "

"The instructions were not clear. They don’t communicate properly. When we arrived at the property there is no key, one of the room is not yet ready, property smells of cigarette, dirty, linens were not changed still smells from the last guests. We were relocated to a different apartment which is the same and it was freezing cold and very dark. I called the host but they don’t pick up the call. Poor communication especially if the guests have children and coming from a long way. "

"We are senior citizens so the electronic entry system via an app was a challenge but with help we got it to work. The property advertises itself as a Hen and Stag Party venue but that never appeared as part of the information on the Hotels.com website or we wouldn't have bookrd it! Given that this was their business model I'm not surprised that the place wasn't as clean as my wife would have liked and it was very noisy on the Saturday night. "The property was fine for the most part. Clean. The street it is on is a construction site at the moment and so it is really noisy from very early. The apartment itself was nice although there was no remote control on the apartment for the television. We had chosen to have a gaming night before going out yet the hdmi port had been doctored and removed. "Nice location. But the fire alarm going off was an issue. Did not like the bathroom so much as it was designed for disabled folks. No bathtub just a curtain with water getting all over the bathroom."

"We absolutely loved his brilliantly located apartment. The staff were lovely and very responsive. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. You hardly heard any noise at all, especially considering you were right bang in the city centre."

BEST HOTEL IN LIVERPOOL

"As soon as I walked through the front doors, I knew straight away that this hotel was going to be a great stay, just by how friendly each and every staff member was. Hospitality was second to none, from the cleaners to the FOH and to the managers and supervisor's alike, all showed true kindness of the highest order. I stayed in a superior double which was absolutely amazing, lovely interior with a bathroom to die for you cant go wrong, especially after coming from the Sonny Fodera event 😂. Everything was spotless and even requested an amendment to the room as for a special occasion was met tremendously. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Me and my now girlfriend really enjoyed our stay, and will 100% be coming back in the near future! This place is something else, you have to experience it for all its beauty!"

Holiday Inn Express Manchester Airport, an IHG Hotel

"Excellent. From arrival to leaving. Staff super friendly and helpful. We stayed 1 night, 4 adults in 1 room. Perfect location for airport. 5 minutes in car to T2. We had to leave hotel by 3.30am for our flight. There were pastries, fruit, porridge, tea & coffee available in reception area before we left, at no extra cost. We will definitely be staying there again."

"The hotel is amazing we didn't want to leave. The staff couldn't do enough for us and the size of the room was huge. The only thing that was disappointing is that you have to pay for the spa which you would thing would be free with it being a 4 star hotel. But besides that we really enjoyed our stay. "
