"I just want to thank our host again and again. The communication was amazing and Audra was so accommodating for our last minute booking. We had to rush into town due to a family member’s death, but the house’s picture perfect location makes us want to go back under happier circumstances. "

"Nicely appointed. Super close to beach. Has coffee maker but no supplies, so be sure to bring filters, coffee, and cream/sugar. Good communication with owner when we had questions."

"It was a surprise for my husband's birthday that I rented this house in the area where he grew up in the 60's. Though his old house is long gone - this took him back to his childhood days and as it turns out - he once knew the people who lived in the cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and just what I was expecting. Communication and check-in/access was easy. Will definetly consider it for a visit in the fall."

"Enjoyed our stay! Close to the beach for our dogs to enjoy with us! Stayed cool with the a/c units to our surprise. Unfortunately the a/c unit slides were not secure which allowed flies entry. Wooden blinds would be a better option with a/c units instead of curtains for privacy at night but daylight during the day. Overall expectations were met. Video game was enjoyed by all. Would definitely recommend for a quick getaway!"

"This is a very spacious house for four and possibly for more a short walk from the beach, through some trees and directly to the water. Despite the highway in view, it was very quiet and was comfortable for our weekend stay. Despite the somewhat spare decor and slightly random kitchen, we had everything we needed. While it is an older house, there were minimal quirks and the location is excellent."

"Wonderful owners with phenomenal communication. They were very patient and super responsive to messages. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Property had everything we needed and more and was steps from the ocean. The beach itself was private and not crowded at all. This was our 2nd time staying and will definitely not be our last."
