"Our room was the smallest room I have ever been in. Almost no room to walk around the bed; no chair; no table; no fridge….there is a small bench which is hard as a rock. Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Great location….. short walk to town. "

"Hotel locked on arrival. No advance warning that reception was not staffed. Supposed to open at 3 so went back then. No one turned up. Called a number stuck on the door and eventually got instructions on how to enter via the back door using a key pad number. Pity nobody thought to email that in advance. All in all, a total shambles. A place to avoid."

"Great place to stay. Seamless. Excellent art work in the Lobby and dinner area. Rooms are spacious and good set up. Parking in location is perfect just a few blocks from the walls of the old city "

"Beautiful building, very nice room. Did request and pay for a superior room with double bed but they gave us one with two singles. They changed this though once I showed email confirmation. No English channels on TV at all despite them having Polish, French and Italian. Everything clean and comfortable. Not a lot to do in local area except look at buildings and walk around, but a quaint little town."

"Super staff. We had the complimentary breakfast which was great. We also ate a late lunch when we arrived which was very good. Room nice and comfortable. Only issues were small but noteworthy. Parking is a pain. You have to go to tourist office to get a pass that lasts more than an hour or so which is provided by hotel. Also, hard to keep water from getting out of shower area. Doors don't close completely allowing water to get on floor. Overall, great place to stay in downtown...

"This is an interesting hotel, almost a museum, in the historically significant walled town of Nördlingen. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is an excellent buffet with high quality breads, cheese, meats, boiled eggs, museli, fruits, and peppers stuffed with cream cheese."
