"Hotel was quite hard to find and was not very well signposted we had to ask several members of staff before we found it. It was alot further from the terminal than suggested by the hotel. The hotel was very smart and hi tec and the room was very clean and well presented."

"Yet another great stay at Citizen M. The staff are lovely and always helpful - at any time. Unfortunately I fell ill while on holiday and they were kind enough to allow me to stay in the room a little later to rest up before the journey home. Great coffee and snacks, also very near the tram and train line so convenient to get around but quiet enough to get a good night sleep! Thansk again!"

"Oh Gosh just a small pit stop but I felt very very welcome like I am at home big thanks to guys from Soth America. Wish could stay a couple of days extra. The Hotel is nice look like the one that I go to help at Kochi city. I for sure will advise to stay there. Breakfast I didn’t reserve that they add me to the breakfast. Simple but a whole selection of breads juice pancakes jam and nice coffee. Thank you so much man ! Valeu se vc vier por estes lados me avisa "

"This is our second time staying at this hotel and we really enjoyed it. Easy to get around, clean rooms, and an overall good atmosphere. The only con is that I wish there were better coffee options available as opposed to having to go to the coffee barista in the morning so we usually got our coffee while we were out but other than that it was great."
