However, I and my friends found that there’re baby cockroaches in our room, we started to see 2 on desk then at night we found more 3 baby cockroaches in toilet and on bed and 2 walk on floor :( When checked out I informed staff but she just asked the room number without any apologies or say anything. Good thing: bed is comfortable / breakfast is good taste / location is great too."

"Our hotel room was very dirty with many small insects, lizards and other mosquitos. They were running around. On complaining, they gave us a second room which was even worse. The manager was called and he was very aggressive with me. I feared for our lives. He shouted and pointed at me and moved towards me informing me that my complaint was not valid. Point black he refused to even try a third room and told us to get out of his hotel. Avoid at all costs!"
