Antonio at the front desk was helpful—he not only gave us a detailed city map but also highlighted the must-see attractions, which was a great touch. The rest of the team made our check-in process seamless and even accommodated our request regarding with the mattress situation. The hotel itself was spotless, with the lobby, public restrooms, and our room all exuding a pleasant, fresh scent. The location is good—just a short walk from both the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby. Considering the affordable price we paid, I think this hotel offers great value for its location, cleanliness, and helpful service. Highly recommend!"
