"The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient...

"La maison est magnifique, spacieuse et propre. Toutefois les matelas à ressorts sont très inconfortables, la piscine est commune à plusieurs locations (plus ou moins indiqué dans le texte de l’annonce mais nous avions coché "piscine privée"...), la terrasse de la maison étant à 3-4 mètres de la piscine nous avions des inconnus juste sous le nez (et avec des enfants, hors période scolaire..) dommage !"

"The house was very spacious. It was very clean. It had a lovely private garden/ orchard and although the pool was not big it was good for cooling off. There was a cafe next door and a bakery next door to that. There is a supermarket about 3mins in the car away and there are a few local restaurants. We only ate at one, Il Sogno.. "The property is very suitable for a family group. A caveat is that it works for up to 2 adult couples and several children. We had one other adult who had to find accommodations elsewhere for privacy as the fourth sleeping area is actually the kitchen. Great, functioning wood fired pizza oven was a plus."

"We loved our stay here so much!! There was so much room for everyone (ages 8-80) to play, sleep, and gather for meals on the gorgeous patio or swims in the pool. Giulia was an amazing communicator and helped us tremendously on her personal time when we experienced a medical emergency. I can’t thank her enough for sharing her home with us and treating us so well. We truly hope to be back to enjoy the lovely area, the beautiful and relaxing home, and the stunning seas nearby!"

"Wir haben drei Wochen in der Villa Grotta Azzura B verbracht und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Von den verschiedenen Terrassen hat man einen traumhaften Meerblick und sowohl das Haus als auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Der Pool wird regelmäßig sehr gründlich gereinigt und gewartet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit mit vielen Tipps und Anregungen für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen.
