"The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient...

"La maison est magnifique, spacieuse et propre. Toutefois les matelas à ressorts sont très inconfortables, la piscine est commune à plusieurs locations (plus ou moins indiqué dans le texte de l’annonce mais nous avions coché "piscine privée"...), la terrasse de la maison étant à 3-4 mètres de la piscine nous avions des inconnus juste sous le nez (et avec des enfants, hors période scolaire..) dommage !"

"This is a beautiful house in the peaceful countryside and completely private. It is situated just over 2km from the centre of Martano. The house is spacious and well equipped and the outdoor terraces were perfect for sunbathing and meals. Valentina and her father, Alessandro, were very friendly and helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their house. Thank you!"

"La villa est parfaitement située pour visiter la région et profiter de la mer. Petite crique idyllique (un peu moins accessible quand la mer est forte) et déserte au pied de la maison. La vue est exceptionnelle et le jardin bien plus grand qu'en photo. La piscine est également très agréable. Quelques petits désagréments au niveau de l'évacuation des douches et de l'aération des pièces en souplesse mais rien de grave. "Wir haben drei Wochen in der Villa Grotta Azzura B verbracht und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Von den verschiedenen Terrassen hat man einen traumhaften Meerblick und sowohl das Haus als auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Der Pool wird regelmäßig sehr gründlich gereinigt und gewartet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit mit vielen Tipps und Anregungen für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen. Premier contact difficile car nous avions garé la voiture dans la propriété!!! ca s’est arrangé par la suite .des équipements existants mais pas mis à disposition, tel le lave vaisselle réservé aux propriétaires. Belle prestation par ailleurs."
