"Great location, walkable to piers 33 & 39 in 20mins. Cable car stop 1 block down (just below Union Sq) trains and buses 5 blocks down. Hotel staff very friendly, tea/coffee available all day in lobby area along with water. Fruit and cookies also available all day with popcorn in the evenings. Older hotel so rooms are not large, plenty big enough for us for 4 nights, you probably won’t be spending much time in your room anyway. We took our coffees (and cookies) over to Union Sq every day, great place to people watch."
