"This Hotel is excellent. It is modern clean and conveniently situated. The staff are exceptional. The receptionists, Elaine and Katerina are welcoming and do everything possible to be helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We had a superb buffet breakfast and were greeted warmly by Petro or Agiara every day. "The colleagues at this property and the sister hotel were amazing. Friendly and efficient. Great clean rooms. Autograph restaurant and buffet very good. Lovely walks along beach and easy to use public transport options. Good challenging walks from resort. End of season and all hotels and most bars starting to close."

"By far one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Pros: Location to the beautiful beach. We had a room with a great view of the water which is located just a 2 minute walk away. All meals are provided in a buffet style setting and provide a large amount of options. Cons: Everything other thing imaginable. "The reneiris hotel is on a hillside overlooking the beach. The view is spectacular and sitting in the balcony each evening was a great experience. BOOK A ROOM WITH A VIEW!! The rooms are modern and well presented. Breakfast is served in the pool bar and is varied and of Good quality. Pool area is nice, lots of parasols and pool was just right (1.6m max depth)"

"We stayed in Chania for our wedding anniversary at the Flair boutique in October. I can’t say enough about this hotel, staff, amenities and location. It is literally about a 3 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants and cafes. It’s about a 15 minute walk along the ocean to old town. The breakfast is amazing and the pool is heated with floor to ceiling windows of the ocean and unrestricted view of sunsets. All in all we would stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel."

Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor.
