"The hotel caters to international guests; English was widely spoken (otherwise Google translate helps get the rest of the way). Nice facilities, clean room with an efficient use of space. Very close to the ski hill and ski lockers on the main floor. Considering the level of activity in the hotel, our room felt very quiet. Only suggestion is that the bathroom needs additional storage - extra shelves or hooks would be very helpful."

"Beautiful resort style hotel. Everything you need onsite. Onsen was nice. The private onsen on the rooms deck was very nice. Nice staff. only food I had was at the cafeteria style restaurant they have. Very good food and reasonably priced "
