"Since my last stay in Japan 10 years ago, I've seen many of this APA chain pop up on Hotels.com and wondered what they'd be like. Well, now I'm a fan. Yes the rooms are compact but that's typical for Tokyo. Professional, courteous, efficient staff. Very comfy linens. Drinkable tap water a plus. This area is amazing and this particular hotel is right in the thick of it. Only downside is the air conditioning is central, you can't control it. I had a room where the window wouldn't open so I switched to one that did, the circulation was nice but it got noisy overnight. It may be advisable to buy a fan to overcome this, and fortunately there are plenty of places in this area to find them at good prices. Closest train stop is Suehirocho, half a block away, and this was very convenient. "

"Clean, staffs are attentive, kind and service-minded. We liked the public spa and enjoyed it. Space is very tight but most of Tokyo hotel is same. We enjoyed stay. "

"This hotel was in a great location near many food options and convenience stores and train station. The rooms are a bit small then other apa hotels I have been at but is to be expected from my experience in this location. Staff and service was very helpful and helped me with anything I needed. Rooms is overall in good condition they clean upon request if needed before next scheduled full clean day. They also hang fresh towels and other essentials every day so you will always have a fresh towel to shower with and yukata for spa/onsen that's on the second floor. The only downside i had at all about the hotel/room or staff itself really is the inability to temperature control your own room to what u want either the room unit is set to heat or ac for entire floor you cannot customize this so if your a hot sleeper but they have it set to heat only your out of luck this overall for me was a very small inconvenience. Spring was very moderate in temperatures and was not a big problem."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! First off, the hotel itself is beautiful and our view... wow, our view was gorgeous especially after arriving at night after a long long overseas flight. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was close to the train station and 7-11 (love!!!) yet quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. If we wanted to get anywhere, it was a short walk to the major train station. We would definitely go back if we have the chance to visit Japan again. "
