"Beautiful property, lovely rooms, fantastic bathroom, amazing shower. Staff was very sweet. They did their best to accommodate us vegans but it was tricky - vegetarians will be absolutely fine here but there is a lot of (unnecessary) surprise egg in things. Breakfast was a no go for vegans but for others I think we'll be excellent. Luckily there's an outstanding vegan restaurant Yen a short stroll away. "The owners could not have been more responsive to every need. If you visit Sa Pa / Fansi Pan, you must stay at the Clay House. I have rarely relaxed to this extent, and the food / drinks were outstanding. The only negative comment about the Clay House, is that we had to leave."

"This is the best property to stay.its budget friendly, staffs are really very nice and cleaness is upto the mark. The location is very good, you can visit the tourist attraction with in 15 min. Sapa plaza is 5-10min walk. I just loved this place and everyrhing was so perfect. They allow to keep luggage, as we had late night bus. In the room we had a welcome note, postcard . I definitely recommend this place. "

"Staff made sure we were taken care of. Spa experience was very clean and wonderful. White coffee at the bar was best I’ve ever had! Even though we were completely fogged in and missed the views we came for, we enjoyed the experience. Would absolutely come back"

"The property was very nice and one of the best in Sapa. The room had all the amenities and the balcony was huge. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was a highlight. All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances. Also, the breakfast had very few vegetarian options, please keep that in mind."

"The property itself is well located in a quiet strip, and close enough to the center. The manager was nice and offered to upgrade my room for extra 400vnd but I refused due to the weather and there was no view anyway. The room I got was big and comfortable, and clean. The aircon didn’t work but I don’t need it. There were broken pots outside of my room and unfortunately, the landslide on the front of the property scared me so I couldn’t sleep. The pool was also closed due to the landslide....

"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). "I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana. We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. It's safe ya to leave your luggage there.
