"The house handled four adult couples a solo traveler and child well. The house was clean and a beautiful setting. We used the hot tub, pool table, dishes on the dock, and cooked. "My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. It was spacious enough that the 12 of us (4 children and 9 adults) were not on top of each other, yet cozy enough that we were able enjoy our early Christmas celebration. Our hosts did a great job of checking in and assuring us that they'd be available if needed. Honesty, everything was so well set up upon arrival that we wanted for nothing! It was clean and accessing entry was a breeze. I'd definitely stay here again."

"My son got married in Crossville and I needed to find a house that would sleep 20 people. This house was perfect, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms/living spaces. The host provides a ton of towels and extra toiletries. Such a surprise to find toy boxes and baby items that were helpful since some of the family had to fly in and were limited on what they could bring. "We really enjoyed this townhouse. Lots of space, complex was quiet. The keyless keypad was very convenient. I would recommend taking slippers. Downstairs floor wasn’t the cleanest, our feet were black. But that wouldn’t stop us from staying again. It was about 30mins to Dayton, TN. The reason why we stayed. My kids really enjoyed the little beach area. We never had an issue with parking 2 vehicles. The couple days, that we had 2."
