"We chose this property because of the proximity to the Hiawassee River Railroad. There was plenty of room in the house for the 5 of us. Lots of outdoor activities around to keep you busy! "

"This is the third time our group has been to this house and we loved it just as much as the first time! It sleeps a ton of people comfortably and plenty of space to relax. Misty the property manager is so communicative and helped out so much! This is a wonderful spot with beautiful views!"

"Our family had to change houses last minute due to cancellation of our other house. We were not disappointed with the change. House is very clean, property owner has wonderful communication with renters & the parking was big enough for both of our boats. Wonderful stay and highly recommend! "

"Overall it was a good trip. The location was a little further out from town than we liked. 15 minutes to a DG and 25-30 minutes to fast food. We were running a lot for our stay, so this made it a little inconvenient. The marina restaurant was closed for the season. If you were staying at the lake and cooking, it would work better. HUGE living room perfect for families and entertaining

"My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. It was spacious enough that the 12 of us (4 children and 9 adults) were not on top of each other, yet cozy enough that we were able enjoy our early Christmas celebration. Our hosts did a great job of checking in and assuring us that they'd be available if needed. Honesty, everything was so well set up upon arrival that we wanted for nothing! It was clean and accessing entry was a breeze. I'd definitely stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our time at the river house. I wish we had a few more days to explore on the kayaks but we hope to come back in the future. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend!"

We originally rented to accommodate out of town guests for a graduation. After viewing the property, we decided to host an outdoor graduation party here. We used the fire pit, propane grill, and hot tub during our stay. There was also a set of binoculars and a Bushnell lense for bird watching.
