The shower head was a bit too tall and the bed needs mattress protectors because of possible contamination from previous users. The mattress was too hard. "We arrived and were met by a lovely lady who was very informative and made us feel really welcome which was great. Breakfast was really good and Terry in the morning was great and chatty. Room was very clean and large ( we did get a superior double). All of the staff were great and nothing was too much trouble and the knowledge of the area was a blessing.
