"We had a great stay for 3 nights just before Christmas. The staff, location, condition of the rooms and breakfast were excellent. We were disappointed after booking that we could not use the swimming pool with our children as it was adult only and an extra cost. This could be made clearer in the advert via Expedia "

"Pros: mostly clean, bar and restaurant open decent hours, comfortable bed, easy to access and quick airport shuttle, nice staff. Dinner was good! Cons: Bathroom shower floor was a little dirty (didn’t bother me because everything else was very clean,) breakfast food wasn’t great quality even though there was a lot of it. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Whenever I get a chance, I always stay at this hotel with the family when we come to visit my mother-in-law. It is located in the vibrant area of the city, close to everything we like in Brussels. The rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. The staff at the reception is friendly, helpful and super professional."

"First class hotel. Room very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Amazing view of the city from both the lounge and room. Staff amazing so courteous helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic the best buffet breakfast I have ever had in Europe. The restaurant again the same as breakfast was amazing. Hospitality is clearly something this hotel staff want to provide to their guest and I will definitely stay here again as my only hotel choice for Brussels "

"Great hotel in a good location- close to Ixelles, tram stop, and 30 min walk to Grand Plac. Bed was very comfy, breakfast was excellent, and there's a nice vibe in the hotel reception area with comfy seats and music."
