"Good hotel, clean and staff pleasant. Parking available. Unfortunately no responses to emails before and after stay (emails in Japanese and English). Which meant although we booked for an infant and requested a cot, the hotel did not provide one and the room was too small for our travel cot. We also contacted them by email after stay when we left something in the room the hotel but again no response to emails in English and Japanese to arrange for us to retrieve it."

"I cannot stress how much I recommend this hotel enough; the entire experience was absolutely incredible. The owner, Kosuke, was so cool, accommodating, and sweet. Before we arrived, he called me on the phone to try and get my estimated time of arrival so he could pick us up from the train station. He did us the favor of stopping at a convenience store so that we could get everything we needed before going to the hotel itself. "A quite area away from Nagoya where you can relax. It is near sea. Only few restaurants available but the bento from supermarket are great."

"What I loved about this hotel was that, unlike other Japanese hotels, the rooms were big, and easy to move around in. Most Japanese Hotel rooms are basically closets with a bed. The only improvement I could think of would be to make indoor safes (for personal valuables) available in all the rooms."
