"Elevators were not working most of the week (mostly one out of three).we did not get informed regarding construction until we checked in. Inside our room a flashing light flashed brightly 24/7. Tons of room defects, sliding bathroom door was of it’s hinges, amenities not filled (soap etc). The staff were amazing and friendly and the hotel theme was great."

"It is a lovely hotel with comfortable beds and linens. Smart decor. My complaint would be not having the room serviced. There is no placard to place on the door to ask to not be disturbed or to be cleaned. I went out early for the day and came back tired to rest at 4 that is when the maid came to clean and disturb me. Another note is no one at the main front door. It is a heavy door and when you have luggage and no one there it is not so welcoming."

"This was a very nice place to stay. Even before I arrived I received texts asking if I needed anything. The main reasons I picked this hotel was that it looked nice and had parking. Well the parking was a nice bonus and the room was really nice! Everything was perfect with the room except for two tiny things. The fire alarm battery was missing and the stand up lamp was missing a bulb. The only thing that they could add would be a small microwave. But overall it was one of the best hotels...
