"The staff was the best part, very friendly and accommodating to what you wanted. They were always willing to get extra hot water if requested. However, the hotel should supply amenities in the room like toothbrush and toothpaste, little shampoo and conditioner. The internet was definitely not adequate in the room, but was quite stable in the lounge. It should be improved. I would recommend Brimak Hotel to friends. "

"I booked this unit for 2 nights, and from the start, it was difficult to find. Upon arrival, I discovered a pool of water on the floor in one bathroom, while the ceiling in the second bathroom had peeling paint. There was no running water in the faucets or the kitchen, and the Wi-Fi only worked in the living room, not in the bedrooms. Additionally, one of the fans was not functional. "The best and closest hotel to the Nairobi airport. The hotel staff actually made sure my name was on a signboard for the shuttle and that as soon as I reached out to the driver I was immediately taken to the hotel and did not have to wait for other passengers."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The property was exceptionally maintained, with immaculate rooms and common areas. The staff were truly standout, always greeting me with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the bar and restaurant were fancy and upscale. My only complaint was the location, which was situated on a very busy road, making it less than ideal for a leisurely walk. However, the hotel's many amenities and excellent service more than made up for this drawback. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay."
