"The discount via Expedia and the entire payment was not accepted (not working, bla). I had to pay again. The rooms were not ready and the check-in delayed. The staff was slow and not helpful. It is NOT worth the money. We could not even leave the premises, as the guard was not willing to open the gate. They suspected us to have not payed! Stay away and go somewhere else."

"The hotel is very beautiful.The staff are very friendly and very helpful. It’s very clean everywhere and the gardens are well manicured The restaurant is very set up with comfortable seats and the food is wonderful.The menu comes with a variety of food choices and very tasty. I have been to many of the hotels around this neighborhood but this one is exceptional.Definitely the best and I enjoyed my stay here"

"I stayed at the Luke Hotel and Cravers, the entire month of December. I enjoyed the Holidays so much; I was sad to leave and return to the U.S. Christmas was special. with decorations, lights, trees everywhere and American Holiday music playing. Christmas Day: I was greeted with a gift from the staff, the pool, sitting area and Cravers was filled to capacity with children playing and of course Santa Claus was there with candy for us kids. The long established, Kikuyu culture, and charming and hospitable customs, welcomes the World. "

Good hotel with a lot of upside

"This is a generally good hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. It's a hotel that has a lot of room if you're going to be meeting with someone... Great to grab a little table and have a visit. There were two issues that kept me from giving a better review. I asked repeatedly if they could fix the TV which didn't work and clear the clog in the bathroom sink, which they never did. "
