"It’s a wonderful place for vacation, very nice room and comfortable, good buffet breakfast, nice Gym, hot tub, nice steam room, nice sauna, very private room separate room for Men, separate for women. Hugh swimming pool, Separate for children area. Good delicious buffet breakfast with many choices. A must stay. Hotel, we were booked for 1 night, but decided to staying total of 3 nights stayed for "

"This hotel is not central at all. You will need transport to get around. Fortunately Grab is here and super cheap to use. The hotel is super over the top shiny. Hotel staff were not very friendly. Breakfast was pretty average. Room was clean and comfortable. "

"Night staff was not nice at the furst day and he cheated the currency conversion. I found that out on the next day. He wasn't nice on the second day either. I also booked a taxi but the taxi came 30 mins late so I was almost late for my flight. Hotel was very expensive compare to its facilities and its service. Hot noodle breakfast was very good though."

"Only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were super friendly, they let me check in early, were happy to answer all of my questions, and helped me book a private vehicle to Hanoi upon check out, which worked out to be the most convenient, quickest, and the best price. Would love to come back and stay longer next time! "

"Front desk not attended to full time. Had to carry luggage up stairs to lobby. No hotel guide in room. Shower curtain on outside of glass bathroom door is an odd design. Staff kitchen in the 9th floor if you need a microwave. "
