"This property is "a little piece of heaven." It was our second time visiting from the U.S. and a big reason we came back to New Zealand was to experience this wonderful property again. It did not disappoint. It is one of our favorite places we have been to - ever! And we have traveled a lot. Can't say enough good things."

"Beautiful property and outdoor gardens. Staffwere excellent andthe breakfast was good. The room was a little smaller than expected and not much privacy from your neighbor. Sine of the outdoor furniture could use a refresh given the price of the accommodation."

"everything is perfect except for the latest check out time is 10am. 3pm-10am is not enough for enjoy the stay. Another issue is there is no walk-in bathroom in the room. Always enter to the wrong room in the evening."

"Room was nice and big. Shelves under bathroom sink need a thorough clean and behind the radiator was quite dusty (I’m asthmatic) but other than that the room was great. The water gets really really hot in the shower but I imagine that the water in the hot springs heats the showers so just something to be aware of especially if you have a baby or young child with you."
