"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially the pool area. The breakfast buffet was very good with fresh fruit, and egg station and plenty of Asian food options. There are 3 restaurants to choose from, Chinese, Italian and the main restaurant. "I stayed for 6 nights at the Manohara hotel for a conference at UGM. My stay throughout was excellent, provided that one does not stick around for a meal or beverages. On the one occasion when I decided to have lunch in their restaurant on a Saturday afternoon at 12pm, my one dish of rice and fried chicken took nearly an hour to arrive. "Conveniently located near the shopping street of Malioboro. Hotel is generally well maintained. However the door doesn’t shut completely and I have to ensure that the door is completely shut each time I enter/leave the room. The train and traffic sounds goes on in the middle of the night. I was awoken but fortunately return to sleep quite easily, thanks to the comfortable bed. Will be a problem for light sleepers. "
