"Very nice old hotel , arrived early so was able to leave luggage until check in time , check in quick , room nice , location good "

"Lots to mention really. Not idea for families or people that want an early night or a lie in. The Wetherspoons across the road is open till 1am and opens 9am so it’s noisy and the room was warm so having the windows open caused a lot of noise and road noise. The room was clean and the staff are helpful. The mattress wasn’t the best and we could feel the springs and my partner has awful nights sleeps. It’s rated 3star and I would agree and it wasn’t expensive for a weekend so it’s all relative really. Has parking which is bonus in Newquay and handy walking distance to everything."

We had a room with a lovely view of the sea and breakfast was just right. Location is brilliant too as you have the beach on your doorstep and the town just up the rd. we would definitely return to this guesthouse. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"So many lovely options of spots to sit and relax inside and outside. Comfortable outside seating to enjoy the view and sunset. Pools, spa, path to the beach. Wonderful buffet breakfast, nice restaurant for dinner, bar. It’s all there. This is a very well run, comfortable place to stay."
