"Lovely place to stay and a bargain to boot - indoor pool and outdoor pool open for those brave enough to take the benefits of a cold water dip in November! Car park tight but not an issue with a small car or when there are plenty of spaces...minor issue with a large car park around the corner. Will certainly stay again if in the area."

"Check in was problematic. Although I'd booked using an Amex through Expedia, the hotel does not actually take this method of payment. This led to an embarrassing situation when my alternative card could not be accepted by their system. Luckily a separate terminal appeared and I was able to pay but all round, a poor check in experience which left me embarrassed in front of my partner."

"We had a xmas party to go to for the evening so was looking for a reasonably priced B and B as only wanted a bed for the night. We were sooo lucky to have found this little gem right in the centre of Newquay, owner was very attentive as was the waitress at breakfast. Room was lovely and clean, and breakfast was scrummy. "The hotel is perfect for family trips. The rooms are quite spacious, the beds are comfortable, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay is provided. The bathroom needs a bit of renovation, but overall everything was fine. We expected a slightly better quality of cleaning, but we were still satisfied."
