"Pros - Location is great, place was as advertised and clean. Cons - A/C unit and Dehumidifier are pretty load. Little delay gaining access due to previous tenant or cleaning crew not leaving keys in lock box. Owner got back to us quickly and all good. Only real negative was the unit had a partial roll of TP left for our stay. We called about it and did not get a response. Because we didn't hear back we might have "borrowed" some TP from the brewery down the street which turned out to be a good...

"Needed spring cleaning. Outside house mildew, needed to be swept and the building debris picked up. Upstairs screen needed repaired. No water in hot tub, grilling area very dirty. There was lots of food in kitchen most of it 3-5 years old. It all should be thrown out. Owner very nice."

It is a 15 minute walk to the beautiful waterfront. We golfed twice - the nearby Crystal Coast Country Club was stunning. Wendall and Dawn are wonderful hosts.
