"This is our second time staying at this property. We returned because of our experience the first time. The cottage is wonderfully located within walking distance of the downtown area and waterfront. It is just the right size for two people. Everything that you need for the week is already in the house except for food. The enclosed back yard/parking area was a clincher for our decision. Our dog had room to run and we could securely park off road."

"Shell Cottage was perfect for me and my dog! It was clean, cozy, and conveniently close to the waterfront. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, making our morning and evening walks a delight. I loved exploring the nearby coffee shops and restaurants, and I even discovered some fantastic spots for photographing birds, including a small cove on Town Creek visited by a Great Egret. I’ll definitely be back!"

"The property was a great fit for our extended family. Great location with easy beach access. Large enough to accommodate those adults who needed to "work" a few hours without interruption. The pool was a bonus and enjoyed by all. The home was well supplied with beach chars, shibumi, pool chairs, floats and pool noodles.
