"The staff were so welcoming and helpful! I can't say enough good things about every staff member with whom I interacted. The room itself was very confortable and the kitchen well quipped. However, there were pink mildew stains in the drain, which was gross. Also, there were areas of the hotel, such as the hallways, that were very dirty and run-down. "The gentleman at the front desk is always so helpful and courteous. The complimentary breakfast is one of the best I've experienced. The hotel is maintaining the property in that both elevators are up and running, and upgrades to the electrical is happening on the second floor. "

"I stay at this hotel each time I’m in Canton for work. It’s close to everything. Love the hotel. Not a fan of the $200 to $300 hold on my card (the guy said $300 on the phone but they charged me $200) And they could definitely use better towels but I’ll probably stay here again "

"I’m in the hospitality industry and I experienced great staff interaction with great training on interacting with the guests. Your employee training is top notch! Well Done! One quick note - I was given two cookies at check-in and noticed during my 5 day stay a basket full of cookies throughout the day. I would help myself when I entered the hotel and saw the cookies in the basket. On day 4 of my stay a staff member asked me if I would like to put the cookie on my room. I was shocked & embarrassed! I truly did not realize they were for retail. Maybe just a card next to the basket or mentioned when giving the first cookie on check-in that they can be purchased for $3.00 a package? A very slight blemish on an incredible time at your hotel."

"Such a beautiful place! We came here for a wedding and everything was in one place! The wedding ceremony was in a beautiful church that’s located in the property. The reception hall was also in the hotel property. The hotel room itself was very clean and bed was comfortable. Easy check-in and out process. Went to Five restaurant located at the lobby for breakfast and the food was amazing! This place was amazing and I would definitely visit again!"
