"This is a unique older little property. They look to be doing a remodel in some areas. It's not fancy. But If you are looking for a simple clean place to stay with your pet, this is it. Like I said it's older but I found it to be very clean and enjoyed our stay. Would rent here again."

"The cabin was a spacious and beautiful. Couches and bed were wonderful. It was fully stocked for cooking and coffee in mornings. Nothing like sitting outdoors and enjoying the view of the river. We all had a wonderful stay."

"I was hesitant to stay here because of the reviews. As a woman in her 40's who travels alone, I like to be cautious. Ultimately though, my sole purpose for going to Murfreesboro was to spend a few days digging in the park. This site is right down the road and the price was right.Although dated, the cabin was clean. The bathroom was also dated, but also very clean. As far as other complaints in reviews about mold, Arkansas gets very hot and humid. Fighting mold is always going to be an ongoing battle in a campground setting there. Yes, there are people who live there in trailers. Yes, there are some older cars there. The residents all seemed very nice though. There were a few dogs that barked from time to time. But it wasn't excessive.If you're looking for luxury accomodations, expecting the atmosphere of a hotel, or searching for Instagram perfection, this isn't for you. If you're looking for a place to stay so you can spend time in the park and doing other outdoors things, this is perfect for you."

"Older drive-in motel but nicely remodeled and clean. Easy parking. Close to small town eating establishments which were clean and well run. "
