"Our family of 2 adults and 9 children stayed from Friday to Sunday. The first blessing is that our children could play as normal and we did not have to think about neighbors in the room next door or even the house next door getting mad. Second, it is SO PEACEFUL out here! We did not use the canoe, though it is offered. Every room was fantastic in this cabin. We highly recommend this place."

"I was hesitant to stay here because of the reviews. As a woman in her 40's who travels alone, I like to be cautious. Ultimately though, my sole purpose for going to Murfreesboro was to spend a few days digging in the park. This site is right down the road and the price was right.Although dated, the cabin was clean. The bathroom was also dated, but also very clean. As far as other complaints in reviews about mold, Arkansas gets very hot and humid. Fighting mold is always going to be an ongoing battle in a campground setting there. Yes, there are people who live there in trailers. Yes, there are some older cars there. The residents all seemed very nice though. There were a few dogs that barked from time to time. But it wasn't excessive.If you're looking for luxury accomodations, expecting the atmosphere of a hotel, or searching for Instagram perfection, this isn't for you. If you're looking for a place to stay so you can spend time in the park and doing other outdoors things, this is perfect for you."
