They helped when we got out of our ride, concierge spoke kindly when we walked in and front desk was super kind. The room was clean and actually went over and beyond when we asked for a few extra items. If you choose this property, you would not be disappointed!"

"I loved staying here it’s so nice and modern , the staff is so nice & it’s close to everything you need to be you can walk down to Hollywood Blvd. The only thing is the deposit and the extra charges are not good and expensive for no reason they don’t tell you about extra charges that they take from your deposit till after you check out I think that wasn’t fair for me being unaware. Definitely wasn’t happy about that at all. If you ask me if I would stay here I would think about it just because the deposit is high and the extra charges. "
