"I booked 1 night to spend parent’s weekend with my daughter at the local college. It’s a cute small town motel, don’t let the one level look fool you. The rooms are modern and have all the amenities you need. They are cute little individual paradises. Now remember, you aren’t in some huge city with corporate funds. It’s a family owned small business that’s going through all the struggles the rest of the state is going through. Enjoy the family owned feel when you are greeted at check in. The owner is friendly as heck. He also walked me to my room, a rarity these days with any overnight establishment. Enjoy having an actual key instead of a key card that your phone can deactivate if it gets too close. While only one night, both my husband and I thought it was cute as heck. Our kiddo is at the college for the next 4 years so this probably Won’t be our only stay. We feel fortunate to have a set location to book for when we come from out of state for campus visits. Bonus: We also appreciated not having to drag our overnight bags half way across the lot. We were able to park right in front of our room. "

"Lovely classic home; feels nostalgic old, but isn't actually old. Plenty of space indoors and out for 6+ people. Kids loved the bunk beds. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood and only 15 minutes from Lake Sunapee, harbor, Mount Sunapee."

"We were in the area for my son's wedding. I needed a place for my husband and I and family that came up from Georgia. This place did not disappoint! The location is very convenient. The house is exceptional! The rooms are spacious and well decorated. We felt so comfortable. One suggestion I would make are to use a keypad to enter the house. The lockbox was a challenge to use and only had one key for 5 couples. A keypad would solve that problem. The owner answered all of my questions prior to arrival and was 'present' in the sense that I could text, email or call her and she responded immediately. I would highly recommend this lovely home!"
