"The front desk agent was so nice and professional. She let me check in early due to a car emergency that I had she ensure that I was safe and that the room was clean. She was a pleasure to work with and be able to meet. I would definitely recommend this to people who are trying to save money And want a nice place to stay. I had a room on the first floor, which was renovated to a nice cozy room. "

"The fridge does not work, the ice machine does not work, towels are scanty, mirror is dirty, found roaches in the room, no glasses to drink from,, phone batteries are corroded, toilet paper holder is broken, microwave is dirty"

"There was a soap dispenser, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers but all were empty. There were coffee cups in the room but no coffee machine. The couch had a dirty pull-out bed. The staff was nice, you have to check in in the Best Western, but you don't get the breakfast they serve."

Its only a short drive to town and being out in the country was just what this city girl needed. Home was well stocked with all items needed and with "extras" that made it feel like home. Owners were very accommodating and made sure we did not need of anything. We will stay here again on our visits back to Galesburg. "
