"We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and cozy and quiet. There is a main location and then there is a house a half a block away on Market St which is where we were staying. We did walk over to see the main house as that is what is in the listing. It was very cute on the outside with a great back patio. We were sad it rained the whole time we were in Hermann so we didn't get to enjoy the patio. We saw the owner, Brant, and had a great conversation with him. He was very nice and suggested lots of good places to eat and visit and shared some historical information about the house and Hermann. The room had a Keurig with lots of coffee pods, creamer and sweetener, the shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash, handsoap and lotion were provided and even 2 makeup remover wipes and 2 makeup towels. There was a corkscrew by the coffee maker and 2 very good cookies. I don't where they were from but they are amazing. Thank you, Brant, for your hospitality and conversation. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"

"We had a great stay!! The only piece of criticism would be is that we were kept up by the couple in the room next to us. We could hear everything they were saying through the walls. Even with that we really enjoyed the stay. The suite was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice and accommodating! Our driver Jake was also great! We are already thinking about when we want to come back and stay here again!!!!!"

"Hotel was great. Expedia sucks. I accidentally booked thinking there was a pool. When I asked the managers if I could finish my first night stay and cancel the rest of my stay so I could move to a hotel that had a pool, they said that wasn’t a problem on their side. They then explained that since I booked through Expedia, I would have to work with Expedia to get the refund. I didn’t mention to the agent on the chat feature for Expedia that I already talked to the front des. When I asked, the Expedia agent if I could get refunded for the nights, I wasn’t staying, theysaid that they called the front desk and that the front desk said they could not refund. When I checked out, I mentioned the experience to the front desk and she said she would work to get me refunded. A couple days later the front desk person called and let me know that she did refund the money to Expedia. Expedia never gave me my money back. Hotel was great. Expedia sucks."
