"The house has some nice features, but overall, there are several things that need attention in terms of repairs and upgrades. The downstairs is spacious, and updated somewhat recently, but the upstairs is rather dated and run down. The lighting in the main bathroom is horrible. There were numerous scratches and gashes in the walls, and not all the interior doors worked. We also had an issue with the kitchen sink which wasn’t addressed promptly. "This home is immaculate and gorgeous. The host is very responsive and kind. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. If you have time take a stroll to see the many historical homes and unique architecture. You will immediately appreciate the care and originality of the home's heritage. My grandchildren loved the playroom. There is a space and privacy for all. This will be our go to place when we visit Ft. Wayne again."
