This hotel was spotless. It was very, very well maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. I travel a lot and this was definitely in the top 3 hotels I’ve stayed in. Price was great also!

All good but checking in the employee was rude. We brought our dog which was the reason we booked at this hotel. He is groomed, well behaved, 10 pounds and not a barker. I did not appreciate the questioning and reminder that we COULD NOT leave the dog alo e in the room or he would be sent to the pound! We will not be back to this property.

I have stayed here multiple times, the hotel is always clean and smells good, the staff is always helpful. When I’m in Ft Wayne this is the only hotel I will stay at. I know everyone experience may be different but this hotel is just as good as any 4 or 5 star.
