"Poor signage. Doors just state “restaurant is closed”. No actual signage on the doors to indicate that you are entering the lobby of the hotel. Parking lot is icy and slippery. It last snowed 4 days prior. No care taken to ensure guest safety. "

"We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn at least once a winter for 3 or 4 years. Sadly, feels like this property is going downhill like most major chains do. The hotel itself is still nice and new, however the hallways, rooms and pool area are all lacking. The 2nd floor hallways all smelled heavily of smoke. "The property was clean and had an attentive staff. The room was spotless. The pool was nice and the exercise room was well-equipped and very large. The beds were very comfortable. The lamp on the desk made working difficult and the lighting could have been better but overall a great stay. I would stay again."
