"Awesome location with plenty of room for our large group of friends getting together for our annual skii trip - check in was easy, the views were gorgeous off the back deck. I would definitely suggest having all wheel or 4 wheel drive to get up to the property. Overall great place to stay"

"Steven’s house in Laconia was the perfect location for a family ski weekend getaway. Just 14 minutes from Gunstock and even less to town, it made getting around simple & easy. The interior was warm, welcoming, clean and tastefully appointed. We loved so much about staying here that I’m confident we’ll be back to both enjoy it in the winter, and summer. Steven was also very helpful with communication and food recommendations! "
