"We thoroughly enjoyed the Lalit. The location is perfect - a short walk to Connaught Place and easy access to the metro. The room was spacious and although gowns had to be requested, they came promptly. Breakfasts were excellent. My one criticism would be that the common areas were always rather noisy with loud music. However I do recommend the hotel and would choose to stay their again "

"My stay was great except for one issue, which is essential for me. The staff at check in assured me that a vegan breakfast would be possible. However, the staff at breakfast didn't really know what vegan was and offered me things with butter etc. several times. This is not the service and knowledge I expect from a 5 star hotel. "

Long queue at check out with staff they had no idea of customer service Annoyingly, the hotel doesn’t allow you to drink alcohol outside by the pool area. Only allowed indoors"

"Modern hotel - good facilities for conference and airport. Bit overpriced for Delhi and not close to tourist attractions but comparable to other 5* in the area. Safe clean areas with lots of food options "
