"The cleaning staff failed to clean the room and provide fresh towels, and the air conditioning didn't work correctly. Our evening meal was O.K. but my lamb was over-cooked. I am probably naive to think that an American was capable of cooking lamb. The staff were very friendly and responsive to our concerns."

Comfortable Stay

"Our stay at the Washington Plaza Hotel was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was exceptional and priced fairly. It is an older DC hotel, but nicely maintained. On location is parking certainly worth the extra fee. The monuments and museums are within walking distance if you don't mind a little exercise. "
