"My wife and I visited this hotel for the first time in the Dead Sea, and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Among the other nearby hotels, it was closest to what South Korean Hotels offer in terms of quality and service. The place is very clean, simplistic, and people are so helpful with any request being answered. Food was good as well. Thank you for allowing us this pleasant and relaxing stay . We wish to visit more."

"We were upgraded to a spacious newly-renovated room on the 8th floor. Service was terrific and the food outstanding -- plentiful and delicious. The spa was a bit crowded on Saturday during the day, but nice on other days. It gives you a feeling of being in an oasis -- with big windows with views of palm trees and the Dead Sea. "

"Excellent staff and service especially Shlomit, she was unreal. Always there to help, and address any concerns you may have. Unreal meals throughout the day. Really spoil and entertain guests all day."

"The checkin was easy, and our room was comfortable. Staff was helpful when needed. The thermostat was a little hard to figure out as there were no numbers on the dial, but we figured it out. The food was plentiful and delicious. We didn't use the pool, as it was so hot outside and not comfortable, but lots of people were using it. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were flat. The was a tiny lizard in the bathroom that my husband had to kill. It was close to tje separate beach which was nice for us."
