I never was able to find the water slides staffed so they were closed three days in a row which the grandkids really wanted to use, and the life guards weren’t paying attention to the kids so watch your kids. "The checkin was easy, and our room was comfortable. Staff was helpful when needed. The thermostat was a little hard to figure out as there were no numbers on the dial, but we figured it out. The food was plentiful and delicious. We didn't use the pool, as it was so hot outside and not comfortable, but lots of people were using it. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were flat.
