"Clean, modern and beautiful views of Lake Como. More than enough space and comfortable bed. We made the mistake of not hiring a car. A car is a must to get to and from the airport, stores and restaurants, especially as taxis are 3 to 4 times more expensive than the UK. Overall a brilliant place to stay and will definitely be coming back (with a hire car)!"

"The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking costs €5 overnight. Good location for wandering around the town. In fairness, the bed was comfortable and room was clean, but was very dated. "

"It was up a hill a ways and a little hard to find. They had to turn on the heat for me. It wasn't very strong. Old radiator. Tv was tiny. Curtain would have been ineffective. They had storm shutters. That helped. Lots of road noise. Some guests left at 5 am. A little noisy. They wouldn't let you bring in outside food. The one chef was a little overwhelmed by the eight road workers staying there. I ended up skipping dinner. They didn't know I was coming. Didn't check their email. It was worked...

Balcony was a perfect place to unwind after being out all day. Although a gas fire place outside would make this comfortable in the cold winter. Suggest posting WiFi password somewhere in the apartment and instructions on where to put the trash. Restaurant is a Michelin rated restaurant but was fully booked...
