"We were delighted with this property. It was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh. The basic amenities were sufficient for our stay. New World supermarket, pharmacy and liquor store across the road and convenience store directly adjacent. We had a car which was necessary if visiting the Pukekohe shopping centre to buy all we didn’t need."

"Location was convenient for what we were doing in South Auckland. Sunday morning noise was not too bad but would be noisy during the week right on the roadside. Was clean and tidy but needed some maintenance. The biggest thing was there was no tea bags (only green tea) and silly sachets of milk!!"

Great for a short stay.

"Used as base for airport stay over 3 days. Shuttle service provided from/to terminal at $8 one way, $6 the other, although we walked (about 10 mins). Hotel clean and in excellent condition throughout, from reception to rooms to all public areas. Staff very warm, friendly, welcoming & efficient. Rooms clean, in excellent condition with very comfortable bed, good quality sheets and a variety of different pillows. Hotel offers breakfast, plus snacks from machines, and there are a variety of fast food outlets, plus stores all within easy walk. Enjoyed this stay, our second stay here. Looking forward to the next one. "

Excellent location and smart room design

"Everything about this stay was excellent! Check-in took a minute, about the same amount of time it took to reach the hotel from international arrivals via the quick walk across the way. The room was sleek and clean with an intelligent layout that makes the most of the moderate room size. Shower was hot with great pressure and the tap water tastes great. Bed linens were a welcome comfort about 24hours of flying! The view of the water was a plus. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to crash or just get refreshed for the day, right at the airport."

"Best Customer Service from Front Office Filipino Lady Aileen, Housekeeping Fijian Indian Lady Sharon & Indian Man Kuldeep. These 3 Staff Members are the reason why we will come back with my 3 Family Members to the Hotel again! We are were in Auckland for 4 days & each day our 2 Rooms were serviced. My Brother & Mum had Room 123 (1 single & 1 King) their room was perfect. My Sister & I 1st had Room 135 on 1st day. We already found bathroom door was broken off the hinge, both lamps on side of beds & large stains on them & extra doona in cupboard had a large stain on it as well. We reported this to Reception & tock photos. 2nd day we couldn't get into the room & the Reception Team broke open the door & gave us keys to another Room 139. They apologized & we absolutely loved our new room! The convenient location of just minutes away from the International Airport in Mangere close to all our Families & had it's 24 Hour Reception at affordable prices, thats all you need. I paid $875 for 2 Rooms for 4 days for 4 People. We will see you again next time we are in Auckland, NZ! "
