"Nice home and the view is amazing. The hot tub is very nice and easy to use. Good bed in main suite. The home was clean but a bit worn in areas - floors, carpet and kitchen items. It would be helpful to have updated directions and access information to the home. Also updated TV directions as the current ones are no longer relevant. "

"In nearly every respect the stay was excellent. The house has easy access to the beach, a fabulous deck, and huge windows that made even the stormy days fun and interesting. We were able to fit three family units into the rooms comfortably, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes to make food prep and serving easy. "After reading the reviews I packed a small cleaning kit and hand held carpet cleaner. I didn't need them. As a former housekeeper/inspector I usually plan to do an extra five minutes here and there at a VRBO since many times the people cleaning aren't pros. This place was just fine. No animal smell. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is for the following, which didn’t seem urgent enough to contact the host: slow drainage in bathrooms, not one sharp knife, a half-filled hot tub, and a check-in process that requires you to go to their office in Lincoln City. "The property was perfect for a family of four and a grandparent. With two bedrooms and bath upstairs off living area and a bedroom, bath, and separate sitting room downstairs, everyone had their our own space. Beautiful "Shaker-like" wood furniture throughout and open concept kitchen made the stay for Thanksgiving weekend a lovely experience. Of course the sunny weather helped...November walks on the Neskowin Beach were only a 2 minute walk away. Would stay there again any time of year. "

"We really enjoyed the house and grounds, the renovations are great!! VRBO and Vacasa both said the heat didn't work and space heaters were provided (I think I saw them in the closet), but the heat came on while we were there so perhaps the listing needs updating? The rugs, under furniture and in lesser used areas, you may want to do a deeper clean, they were fairly dusty. We absolutely adored it, I am only mentioning for tour info 😊"
