"Beautiful villa in a lovely location with the nearest town of Gien only a couple of minutes drive or a short 10 minute walk. Walking distance to beach too. Villa was very clean and offered plenty of space and the garden and pool was lovely with loungers, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Kitchen had all the basics you needed for a holiday and the bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and one bathroom also had a bath. Social lounge area with TV. The only negative was the lack of WIFI. "Good location, very nice pool, and host, who lives on site, has very good English and is more than happy to assist. Property itself suffered a number of faults whilst we were there however. Village has bar, restaurant and shop and more facilities are in next village 4 km away. Good base to explore the Var region and less than 1.5 hours from Nice."

"Really nice house above the village. Spectacular view from the wooden terasse. Clean and serviced pool. The 3rd room is quite small, also one of the bathrooms, perfect for 4 people. Very well equipped kitchen."

Magnifique terrasse avec vue. Le coin piscine est séparé de la villa, ce qui permet une intimité. Cette dernière est très grande. Le propriétaire est discret mais présent. "Our stay was wonderful. We had 22 family members and the way the house and other rooms are situated there was plenty of privacy for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped and the rooms comfortable. The house was very clean. There is plenty of room to have sit down dinners. The property manager was very responsive. He answered all our questions very promptly, provided information about the surrounding area and helped set up chef dinners. We could not have chosen a better place for our stay."
